First!

Yeah, I hate those guys too. Like we all have time to sit around waiting to be the first person to comment on some post.

However, I do have the honor of writing the first post in what I hope will become an integral part of how we at crossbrowsertesting.com communicate with the users of our service. We will try to be as open and frank as we can be, though we hope you will forgive us if we keep certain business/technical information private.

We also hope that you would be honest with us as well. If our service is great, then sure, we'd love to hear about it. However, we would also very much like to hear about ANY problems you have with our service. With your help, we think that this can become a very useful tool for many people.

We are just getting started, so things are a little rough around the edges. We will be making changes and improvements frequently for a while. We would appreciate your patience and understanding if something goes amiss. There is a form on the site for you to contact us about any problems you may encounter. We are monitoring things pretty closely for now, so we might notice it anyway, but we'd like to start a dialogue with our users and build a good rapport. If you have any problems with our service, we promise we will do everything within our power to make it right.

Enough with the requisite courtesies and guarantees, it all boils down to this. We want to provide a great service and make money doing it. You want to have a website that looks great in as many possible OS and browser combinations as possible. If you are happy with our service, you might give us money. Therefor, we will do our best to make you happy.
